Who handles your information

This notice covers enquiries, builder applications, waitlist and early-access forms on 808labs.ai. 808 Labs is the public brand. The registered controller name, address and privacy contact responsibilities must be confirmed before this draft is finalised. For privacy requests, contact support@808labs.ai.

What you provide and why

We ask for your name, email and country for product signups, and company for Ignite early access. Merchant and partner enquiries include company and message details; company is optional for careers enquiries. We record the consent version and submission time. We use these details to respond to the request you chose or send the product availability updates you requested. 808 Ventures applications are not currently open.

Consent and choice

Forms ask for explicit consent for their stated purpose. You can withdraw consent or ask us to stop product updates by emailing the privacy contact above. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Necessary legal obligations may require us to keep some information. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Service providers and international processing

Forms send your details directly to Web3Forms for delivery to the relevant 808 Labs inbox. Vercel hosts this website. These services and our email provider may process technical connection information and form data outside your country. The processing locations, processor terms and transfer safeguards must be assessed and confirmed against applicable UAE and Saudi requirements before finalising this policy; this notice alone does not establish a lawful transfer basis.

Retention and security

Web3Forms states that it operates from India, uses infrastructure in multiple regions, and retains form submissions for up to three years unless a shorter plan-specific period or earlier deletion applies. Its retention is separate from copies delivered to our inbox. See its linked policy for details.

Keep submissions limited to what we need to handle your request. Do not include sensitive data or payment information. A documented retention and deletion schedule for enquiry inboxes, signup lists, provider records and backups is pending confirmation. Contact us if you want a submission deleted. Access to submissions should be limited to the people responsible for the request.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, and withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify your identity to handle a request. You may also raise a complaint with the competent authority. Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law and the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 provide relevant protections where applicable; the final policy must also account for any applicable free-zone or sector-specific regime.

Cookies, local storage and optional analytics

We store your analytics preference in your browser’s local storage under “808-privacy-choice-v1” for up to 180 days. This storage remembers your choice; it does not hold form contents. You can change or withdraw the choice using “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page, or remove the stored choice through your browser.

Vercel Web Analytics loads only after you accept optional analytics on our production domain. It helps us understand page visits and usage. We remove query strings and URL fragments before sending analytics events and do not send form field values. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the website or its forms. Spam protection and technical information

When you choose to load the form’s spam-protection check, hCaptcha receives technical data needed to assess whether the interaction is automated. Its verification token is sent with the form to Web3Forms. Hosting and delivery providers may also process IP addresses, browser information and operational logs to deliver and secure their services. Children and sensitive information

The website’s business enquiries and product waitlists are intended for adults. Do not submit a child’s personal information, payment card data, health information or other sensitive information through these forms. Contact us if you believe such information was submitted so we can assess deletion.

Updates

This draft concerns the website, not the future Getti or Ignite services. Their data practices will be explained separately before those services launch.
